I haven’t forgotten you all. Really. It has just been slow during the holidays so I focused on others things, like a whole modern austin overall. In the mean time, check out this lovely Frank De Groot mid-century modern home over in Shoalmont.

All in all it’s a pretty nice reno. Looks like a fair amount of exterior work remains to be done (gutters, fascia, backyard sod, etc.). The premium price/sq ft is for the location (we love that neighborhood), but it *is* still under 1400 sq ft. The non-master bedrooms are small, and the house seems shy on storage. I can’t tell from the photos if the siding is asbestos or cedar shake.
